View competitor-only paid keywords
The competitor-only paid keywords view shows the keywords only your competitor bids on. Use it to spot gaps in your own paid coverage and identify keywords worth testing in your Apple Ads campaigns.
Open the competitor-only keywords view
- Run a competitor comparison.
- Click the third segment card at the top of the page, labeled with the competitor’s name and the total count of unique keywords.
- The keyword table below the cards updates to show only the keywords unique to the competitor.
What to look for
- High-volume keywords with strong impression share, since these are likely working well for the competitor.
- Keywords closely related to terms you already bid on, where coverage gaps may be cheap to close.
- Brand or category keywords you may have overlooked in your own strategy.
