View unique paid keywords

The unique paid keywords view shows the keywords only your app bids on in Apple Ads. Use it to see where you have exclusive paid coverage that your competitor is not contesting.

Open the unique keywords view

  1. Run a competitor comparison.
  2. Click the first segment card at the first section of the page, labeled with your app’s name and the total count of unique keywords.
  3. The keyword table below the cards updates to show only the keywords unique to your app.

What to look for

  • Keywords with high impression share, since these are likely driving meaningful paid traffic.
  • Keywords where you also rank organically, so paid and organic reinforce each other.
  • Keywords with high search popularity, where your exclusive paid coverage is most valuable.
