# How to find new markets with Market Finder
This article shows you how to run a Market Finder analysis in the MobileAction CMP and generate market benchmarks for your selected category.
### Before you begin
To use Market Finder, you need access to Market Finder in your plan.
Market Finder benchmarks your selected App Store category, not your individual app. For details, see About Market Finder.
### Instructions
1\. Go to **MobileAction CMP \> Insights Center \> Market Finder**.
2\. Click **Find Markets**.
3\. Enter your **App Name**. This field is required and accepts up to 30 characters, based on Apple's character limit.
4\. Enter a **Description** if you want to. This field is optional and accepts up to 4,000 characters, based on Apple's character limit.
5\. Select your app's **Category**. The dropdown lists only the App Store categories for which Apple data is available, so it may not include every category you see elsewhere on the platform.
6\. Click **Find Markets** to generate your analysis.
**Keep in mind!**
Your app name and category must be entered before the analysis can run. If a field is missing or over its character limit, correct it and click **Find Markets** again.
You can click **Cancel** at any point to return to the landing page.
