Read the Free, Paid, and Grossing movers charts
Biggest Movers displays three ranking columns side by side: Free, Paid, and Grossing. Each column shows the apps that have gained the most positions in that chart over the selected period, sorted by the size of their rank jump.
The three chart columns
- Free: Apps with the largest upward rank movement in the free chart.
- Paid: Apps with the largest upward rank movement in the paid chart.
- Grossing: Apps with the largest upward rank movement in the grossing chart.
What each app entry shows
Each entry in the chart includes:
- The app’s current rank position.
- The number of positions gained, shown as a green upward arrow with the movement count.
- The previous rank position, shown below the movement indicator.
- The app icon, name, developer, average rating, and category.
How to read rank movement
The green number next to each app shows how many positions it climbed between its starting rank and its current rank. For example, an app currently ranked 24 with a movement of 187 was ranked 211 at the start of the period. A larger movement number means a more dramatic climb, not necessarily a higher current rank.
