Filter by store, device, category, country, and date range

Use the controls at the top of the Biggest Movers page to scope the rankings to the store, device type, category, country, and date range that matter for your analysis. Filters apply to all three chart columns simultaneously.

Switch between stores

  1. Find the App Store and Google Play Store toggle at the top of the page.
  2. Select the store whose movers you want to view.
  3. The charts reload with data from that store.

When viewing the App Store, an additional device selector appears, allowing you to switch between iPhone and iPad rankings.

Filter by category

  1. Open the category selector at the top of the page.
  2. Pick a category from the list. For the App Store, subcategories are available under Games and Kids.
  3. The charts reload with movers scoped to that category.

Filter by country

  1. Open the country selector at the top of the page.
  2. Pick the market you want to analyze.
  3. The charts reload with movers from that storefront.

Set the date range

In Normal Sort, use the single date picker to select the end date. Movement is calculated from the previous day to the selected date.

In Smart Sort, two date pickers appear: Start Date and End Date. Set both to define the full measurement window. Movement is calculated from the app’s rank on the start date to its rank on the end date.
