Manage your Apple Ads integrations
After your initial integration, you can add new Apple Ads accounts, remove existing integrations, and refresh integrations to pick up newly added campaign groups. All of these actions are available on the Integrations page.
Add a new Apple Ads account
- Go to the Integrations page from the profile dropdown.
- Click Integrate your Apple Ads Account
- Follow the integration steps. See Integrate your Apple Ads account with Apple Ads CMP.
Remove an existing integration
- Go to the Integrations page from the profile dropdown.
- Find the integration you want to remove.
- Click the delete icon and confirm.
Refresh an integration
If you add a new campaign group to your Apple Ads account, use the Refresh button to make sure the newly added campaign group is connected to your account in MobileAction’s Apple Ads CMP.
- Go to the Integrations page from the profile dropdown.
- Find the relevant integration.
- Click Refresh.
Note: The system automatically refreshes integration data every few hours. If a new campaign group is added on the Apple Ads side, it will be detected and connected automatically during the next refresh cycle. You will only be prompted to set a timezone for newly added campaign groups. Existing campaign groups keep their current timezone settings.
