The Review Analysis tab helps you monitor your app’s ratings and reviews across time, platforms, and countries.
This article explains how to read the charts, filter reviews, and respond to individual reviews when your store account is integrated.
Understand the Daily Review Breakdown
At the top of the page, the Daily Review Breakdown chart shows how many 1– to 5–star reviews your app received on each day in the selected date range.
Use it to:
- See review volume and sentiment at a glance (stacked bars by star rating)
- Add context by overlaying App Updates and Annotations
- Review changes day by day across the selected period
Understand the Ratings Breakdown
On the right, the Ratings Breakdown chart summarizes:
- The total number of reviews
- The distribution of star ratings
- Your average rating over the selected time period
Use this chart to quickly understand the overall rating picture for the time range you selected.
Filter reviews by keyword or star rating
Use filters to narrow what you see:
- Filter by keyword to focus on reviews that mention a specific topic or feature.
- Filter by star rating to spot negative feedback faster or monitor how feedback changes by rating level.
View and reply to individual reviews
Below the charts, you can read individual reviews, including:
- User names and timestamps
- Review content and rating
If your app store account is integrated, you also get:
- The option to reply to each review (after you integrate your App Store Connect or Google Play Store account)
Note: If your app isn’t integrated, you’ll see a prompt to connect. Once integrated, you can respond to reviews directly from this dashboard.
Pro tip: Use the Not Replied Reviews filter to quickly find and respond to unanswered reviews.
Download review data (CSV)
You can download review data in CSV format from the Review Analysis view.
