Filter by region, category, and date

Use the country selector, category selector, and date picker to scope the Promotional Content feed to the market, category, and time window that matter most for your analysis. Filters apply to both the App Events and Category Events tabs.

Filter by region

  1. Open the country selector in the top bar.
  2. Pick the storefront you want to analyze.
  3. The feed reloads with promotional content detected in that market.

Filter by category

In the Category Events tab, open the category selector at the top right and choose a specific Google Play Store category such as Games, Lifestyle, or Health and Fitness. The feed narrows to promotional content from apps in that category only.

Filter by date range

  1. Open the date picker at the top right of the page.
  2. Select a preset range or enter a custom start and end date.
  3. The feed refreshes to show promotional content detected within the selected window.

Combine filters

Filters stack together across both tabs. For example, you can narrow the Category Events feed to Games apps in the United States over the last 30 days to get a focused view of recent promotional activity in that segment.
