Why don't I see my campaigns in Search Ads Intelligence?
Search Ads Intelligence is a competitive research tool, not the Apple Ads campaign manager. It shows paid activity for any app on the App Store, whether or not that app is connected to MobileAction. If your campaign isn't showing up, the most common cause is checking the wrong placement view.
Search Ads Intelligence is not the campaign management platform
MobileAction CMP (Campaign Management Platform) is where you manage your own connected Apple Ads account: creating campaigns, setting bids, and tracking your performance.
Search Ads Intelligence is a separate, standalone module. It shows keyword and impression share data for any app, including competitors, without needing to connect that app's Apple Ads account. If you're bidding on keywords and seeing Share of Voice in Apple Ads directly, but don't see your campaigns reflected here, this is the first thing to check: you're likely looking for campaign management, which lives in the MobileAction CMP, not Search Ads Intelligence.
Check the right placement view
Search Ads Intelligence covers all four Apple Ads placements: search results, Search tab, Today tab, and product pages. Each placement has its own dedicated view: Search Result/App/Keyword/Competitor, Search tab, Today tab, and Product Pages.
If your app is running ads on the Today tab but you search for it in the Search Result/App view, you won't see that activity there. It's not because it's untracked, it's because each view only shows activity for its own placement. Look up your app in the view that matches the placement you want to check.
