My Apple Ads integration is connected, but I don't see my campaigns. What should I check?
If your Apple Ads integration shows as connected but campaigns are missing in Ads Manager, this is usually caused by a view setting, a recent connection still syncing, or an account or permission scope, rather than a problem with the data itself. Work through the checks below in order.
1. Check your filters
The most common reason campaigns appear missing is that they fall outside the current view. Clear any active filters that could be narrowing the list.
- Clear any campaign group, app, campaign, or status filters, or click Clear All to remove all filters.
- Check the campaign status filter, since paused or ended campaigns may be hidden depending on the view.
2. Confirm the right campaign group and app are selected
Ads Manager is scoped to the campaign group and app you are viewing. If a different campaign group or app is selected, campaigns from another group will not appear.
- Check the campaign group selected at the top of Ads Manager and switch to the one that contains your campaigns.
- Confirm the app filter is set to the app whose campaigns you expect to see.
3. Allow time for a recent connection to sync
If you connected or reconnected your Apple Ads account recently, campaign data may still be syncing. Reporting is not real-time, and data received in the last 24 hours may not yet be reflected.
Campaigns created on the Apple Ads side are also not reflected on the platform instantly. When you create a new campaign in Apple Ads, it can take some time for it to appear in Ads Manager, so a very recently created campaign may not have synced yet.
To manually pull the latest data, go to the Integrations page and click the Sync Integration button next to the relevant campaign group.
Keep in mind!
A newly connected Apple Ads account can take some time to pull in all campaigns, and campaigns created on Apple's side do not appear immediately. If you just connected or just created a campaign, run a manual sync from the Integrations page, then wait and refresh before assuming data is missing.
4. Verify the connected account and its access scope
Campaigns will not appear if the connected Apple Ads account, or the role it was connected with, does not have access to them. This often happens when an organization has multiple Apple Ads accounts, or when the connecting user's Apple Ads role is limited.
- Confirm the connected Apple Ads account is the one that owns the campaigns you are looking for.
- If your organization has more than one Apple Ads account, check whether the campaigns live under a different account that also needs to be connected.
- Confirm the Apple Ads role used for the connection has access to the campaigns. A limited role may not expose all campaigns.
If campaigns are still missing
If you have checked the filters, campaign group, app, sync time, and account access and campaigns are still missing, reach out so the team can investigate the integration directly.
