Fix access or missing data in Download Report
This article helps if you cannot access Download Report or if some download data does not appear. Data availability depends on which integrations are connected.
Check App Store Connect integration
You need App Store Connect integration to access Download Report. If App Store Connect is not connected, the dashboard will not be available.
To fix this, connect your App Store Connect account, then return to Download Report.
If only Apple Ads is connected
If only Apple Ads is connected, you’ll be prompted to connect App Store Connect first.
Apple Ads data can appear in Download Report only after the required App Store Connect integration is complete.
If Apple Ads columns show N/A
If you can access the dashboard but Apple Ads columns show N/A, Apple Ads may not be connected.
To view Apple Ads downloads and paid download data, connect your Apple Ads account.
If Google Play Store data is missing
Google Play Store data appears only when Google Play Console is connected.
If Google Play data is missing, check whether the Google Play Console integration is complete.
