Can I permanently delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go but if you decide to say goodbye, you can delete your account at any time.

When you delete your account, please note the following:

  • All your data will be permanently erased from our database.

  • You will no longer be able to access your account, even if your subscription is still active.

  • Should you decide to return, you are always welcome to sign up again using the same email address.

To delete your account, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Settings > User Details page.

3. Select "Delete My Account" and follow the instructions to complete the process.

! When a user—either an admin or a team member—requests to delete their account, a 15-day reactivation period begins. During this time, the deletion request can be canceled from the User Details page.

A banner is displayed to the user throughout the reactivation period with the message:

"You are in the reactivation period. To cancel your deletion request, please reactivate your user account from the User Details page. Otherwise, your user account and all data will be permanently deleted."

Admin accounts:

  • If the account has more than one seat, the subscription remains active. If no other admins exist, the team member with the earliest join date is automatically promoted to admin.
  • If the account has only one seat, the subscription is canceled immediately. If no reactivation occurs within 15 days, the account and all data are permanently deleted.

Team member accounts:

The same 15-day reactivation period and banner apply. If the deletion is not canceled, the account and all associated data are permanently removed.
