What happens if I downgrade my subscription?

When you decide to switch your self-starter plan to a lower tier, some important details you should be aware of. Such as;

  • If your usage exceeds the capabilities of your new plan (like tracked keywords, apps, competitors, or team members), this excess will be automatically removed after a 3-day grace period.

  • This period is designed to give you enough time to adjust your settings and align your usage with the limits of your new plan, ensuring a smooth transition.

To downgrade your subscription, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Go to Settings > Billing.

  3. Select the option to change your plan and click on Contact Support to let us handle the process.
