Automate recurring exports with Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports helps you send performance data automatically on a recurring basis. It’s useful for app marketers, UA managers, and analysts who regularly share reports with teammates or stakeholders and want a consistent, hands-off setup.
From this section, you can create scheduled reports, manage existing ones, and review completed deliveries from a single place. Let’s take a look at how to use Scheduled Reports.
Get started with Scheduled Reports
First, open the Scheduled Reports drawer and select Create Scheduled Report.

This drawer includes the report setup form, where you define what data is exported, how it’s structured, and when it’s delivered.

- Start by entering a Report Name. This name is used in the email subject line and the exported file name, so choosing something clear will make the report easier to recognize later.
- Next, choose the Applied Data range. If you want the report to reflect exactly what you’re currently viewing, select Current View and if you want the full dataset available in that view, select All Data. When you select rows and then start building the report, Selected Data limits the report to specific rows you’ve selected.
- After that, select the Reporting Type. Use Aggregated to receive a summarized report for the selected date range. Use Daily if you want results broken down by day. When you select All Data, you can also select from the Weekly and Monthly options.
- Then, set the Date Range. This selection determines which period is included every time the report runs.
- Under Selected Columns, review the fields that will appear in the export. These are based on the metrics and dimensions available in your current view, and you can remove any columns you don’t need before continuing. Once the data setup is complete, move on to scheduling.

6. In the Schedule part, choose when the report should run. Use Run Report for a simple recurring schedule, such as once a day. If you need more control, select Run Report on Specific Days and Times to define exactly when the report runs. If the report should only run for a limited period, turn on Run Report with Date Range and select a start and end date. Next, decide how the report will be delivered.
7. Under Send Report Via, you can choose Email or Slack. Email delivery supports multiple recipients, which is helpful when sharing reports with stakeholders who don’t log into the platform regularly. You can select both options if you need the reports delivered to email and selected channels simultaneously. Scheduled Reports are delivered as CSV files.
8. After reviewing your settings, select Create. The report will now appear in the Scheduled Reports list.
Manage your scheduled reports
All scheduled reports are listed in the drawer, where you can control them at any time.

You can filter for Active and Passive reports if you click on the filter icon right next to the Status column.

Also, you can choose to search by the name of the report to find the desired report.

Use the Status toggle to pause or resume a report. Turning it off stops future deliveries while keeping the configuration saved. To make changes, open the three-dot menu on the right side of a report row and select Edit. You can also delete reports you no longer need from the same menu.
Review past runs and download reports
Each scheduled report keeps a record of its previous runs. Click on the arrow on the left side of a report row to expand it and view its run history. For each run, you’ll see the execution time, who triggered it, and whether it completed successfully. To download a completed export, use the Download Link icon on the right.

Pro Tip
If you need to resend or recheck a previously delivered report, downloading it from the run history is faster than creating a new report.
Scheduled Reports gives you a simple way to automate exports, share data on a schedule, and keep a record of every delivery in one place. If you have questions about setting up a report or adjusting schedules, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or start a conversation via live chat.
