Spot what’s trending or what’s not with Keyword Trends
Keyword Trends highlights rising and falling search terms across any storefront and category, so you can ride the waves that matter and skip those losing steam.
1- When you open the tool, it lands on the Uptrending Keywords tab by default, giving you an instant look at what’s gaining traction right now.
2- Trends load first with all categories combined, but a quick click on the Categories button lets you zero in on specific genres or taxonomies for a deeper dive.
3- Next, set the time frame. Choose Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days to capture short bursts, seasonal swings, or longer-term movers. Switching between ranges helps you spot which trends are fleeting and which may stick.
4- Use the country selector to switch storefronts and see how keyword momentum varies from market to market, perfect for tailoring campaigns to local interest.
5- After your filters are set, you’ll see a ranked list of uptrending keywords, complete with search volume, total competing apps, and a relevance indicator that shows whether your app already ranks for each term.
! Need to keep a record? Click the CSV button in the upper-right corner to export the list for future analysis, reporting, or strategic planning.
6- Tap the Downtrending Keywords tab to flip the view. All the same filters apply, giving you the same depth of insight, only now into terms that are losing steam, so you know what to drop or deprioritize.
