Track platform-level actions with Change History
Change History gives you a clear record of what changed, when it changed, and how it was changed across the platform. It’s designed for Apple Ads managers, UA teams, and analysts who want transparency across campaign activity and an easy way to review or document actions taken inside the platform.
Instead of relying on memory or manual notes, Change History provides a single place to review edits, creations, duplications, and deletions across supported levels. This page makes it easier to audit changes and support collaboration when needed.
Get started with Change History
Once you’re ready, let’s take a look at how to use Change History step by step.
First, open the MobileAction platform for Apple Ads and head to the Change History page by selecting it from the dropdown menu.

As soon as the page loads, you’ll see a table that lists actions recorded across the platform.

Each row represents a logged activity. These logs capture key actions such as Create, Update, Duplicate, and Delete, giving you a chronological view of changes made within your workspace.
As you review the table, you can scan through actions to understand what was modified and track activity over time. To find a specific type of activity, filter the list according to Entity (Campaign, Ad Group, Ad, Keyword, Negative Keyword), Activity (Create, Duplicate, Update, Delete) or Agent (Manual, MobileAction Ads System and also includes MobileAction Account Manager, which is not available as a filtering option*).

What you’ll see in the Change History table
The Change History table is built to act as a simple audit log. It records actions taken across supported levels and keeps everything in one place, so nothing gets lost between teammates or sessions.
This setup is especially useful when multiple people manage the same Apple Ads accounts, or when you need to review historical changes during performance analysis or troubleshooting.
Pro tip: Use Change History alongside performance views in the platform. Reviewing changes together with metric shifts helps you understand what changed before results moved, instead of guessing after the fact.
Keep in mind!
Change History is meant for monitoring and documentation, not approvals or rollbacks. It gives you clarity on past actions, but any new updates still happen through the relevant campaign or automation flows.
Change History brings transparency to day-to-day campaign management by keeping a clear log of actions taken across the campaign management platform. Whether you’re auditing changes, collaborating with teammates, or preparing reports, this page helps you stay informed without extra effort.
