Why does Apple Share of Voice show "N/A" for some keywords?
When Apple Share of Voice shows "N/A", or you click the graph icon and see "No Daily Apple Share of Voice History," it means there is no Share of Voice data recorded for that keyword in the period you are viewing. This is expected in a few situations, not a bug.
Common reasons
- The keyword is new to bidding. If you or competitors only recently started bidding on it, daily Share of Voice history has not accumulated yet.
- Limited or no auction activity. If few advertisers were bidding on the keyword during that period, there may not be enough activity to record a meaningful Share of Voice.
- Data lag. Recent activity can take time to populate, so very recent days may show no history yet.
What to do
If the keyword is new or low-activity, check back after a few days as more bidding activity accumulates. If "N/A" persists for a keyword you have been bidding on for a while, reach out so the team can look into it.
