What is a Budget Order and how do I find an order name?
A Budget Order is a billing mechanism available to accounts with a Line of Credit (LOC). It lets you allocate a specific budget amount for your Apple Ads campaigns and track spending against that pre-approved order. When you create or edit a campaign, you can link it to a Budget Order in the Invoice Details section during campaign setup, which ties the campaign's spend to that order's budget pool.
How to find or select a Budget Order name
- During campaign creation, go to the Campaign Setup step and find the Invoice Details section.
- Select the Budget Order option. It is selected by default.
- Click the Select a budget order dropdown.
- Use the search bar to search by budget order name or ID.
- Budget orders are displayed with their name and ID, shown as Name: || ID:.
If you do not see any budget orders
If the dropdown shows "No budget orders found," it means no budget orders have been created yet in your account. Budget orders are created and managed on the Apple Ads side.
