Ratings tool has two views: Total Ratings and Daily Ratings. Use Total Ratings to understand an app’s lifetime rating performance, and Daily Ratings to zoom into a specific period and measure how ratings shifted within that window.
Open the Total Ratings view
- Open the Ratings tool from the App Intelligence menu.
- Select the app you want to analyze, or pick one from the My Apps dropdown.
- Make sure the Total Ratings tab is selected at the top of the page.
Total Ratings aggregates every rating the app has ever received. All widgets on the page reflect the app’s full lifetime rating history.
Open the Daily Ratings view
- Select the Daily Ratings tab at the top of the page.
- Open the date picker at the top right and choose your date range.
Every widget on the page updates to reflect only the ratings received within the selected date range. Use this view to isolate a specific period, such as the days following a major release or a marketing campaign, and see how user perception shifted in that window.
