How to use Revenue Snapshot
Use Revenue Snapshot to review your app’s revenue data from the App Store and Google Play Store. You can select an app, choose countries and a date range, and review results in a chart and table.
Before you begin
Before you use Revenue Snapshot, make sure you have connected at least one Analytics & Performance integration for:
- App Store Connect account for Analytics & Performance reports
- Google Play Console account for Analytics & Performance reports
After the integration is complete, eligible apps appear for selection.
Instructions
1. Open Revenue Snapshot
- Go to Store Analytics
- Select Revenue Snapshot.

2. Select an app and countries
- Select one app from your connected app list.
- Choose one or more countries where the app is available.
Revenue Snapshot updates the results based on the app and countries you select.

3. Choose a date range
- Select a date range within the last 12 months.
- Choose a single day or a custom date range.
Use a single day to check a specific date and use a custom date range to review trends over time.

4. Choose granularity
Select how you want the data to be grouped:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
Granularity applies to both the line chart and the table.
Weekly granularity can be useful when you review multiple countries. It can help you notice changes in proceeds or refunds without the extra detail of daily views or the broader view of monthly data.

5. Review the line chart
Use the line chart to review revenue trends for the selected countries and date range.
You can switch granularity to review:
- Short-term changes
- Seasonal changes
- Longer-term trends
Use the legend to hide or show specific metrics for a cleaner view.
6. Review the table
Use the table to review the same data in rows.

The table follows the filters and granularity you selected for the chart. It includes:
- Date
- Sales / Revenue
- Proceeds
- Refunds
7. Export the table
You can export the full table for reporting.
Exports reflect your current:
- App selection
- Country selection
- Date range
- Granularity
You can use exports in your own financial models, share them with stakeholders, or attach them to client reports.
