The Most Mentioned Keywords Analysis tab helps you identify what users talk about most in reviews and how they feel about those topics.
This article explains how to use the Keyword Cloud, Keyword Plot, and Keyword Table.
Use the Keyword Cloud
The Keyword Cloud shows the most commonly used words in your app’s reviews.
- Larger words mean the keyword appears more often.
- Hover over a keyword to see:
- The number of reviews for that keyword
- The average rating for the exact keyword
Use the Keyword Plot
The Keyword Plot visualizes your most-mentioned keywords based on sentiment and frequency.
- Keywords positioned higher reflect more positive feedback.
- Keywords positioned lower indicate more negative sentiment.
- Keywords further to the right appear more frequently.
Hover over any keyword to view its exact rating and occurrence details.
Use the Keyword Table
The Keyword Table lists each keyword’s:
- Volume
- Average rating
- Sentiment distribution
- Trend over time
You can also use the table to check:
- How often a keyword appears
- Whether mentions are trending up or down
- The general sentiment associated with that term (positive, neutral, negative)
