How to manage Automations

The Automations table is where you view and manage all of your automations after they have been created. From here, you can change an automation's status, edit its settings, add labels, duplicate it, delete it, and access its logs, all without leaving the table.

Finding and navigating the Automations table

All automations are listed in the Automations table. You can customize the view to find what you need quickly:

  • Use the search bar to find automations by name.
  • Use filters to narrow down the list.
  • Use table settings to add or remove columns from the view.

Managing a single automation

Each row in the Automations Table represents one automation. You can take the following actions directly from a row:

  • Change status: Use the toggle in the row to switch an automation between Active and Paused. Pausing an automation stops it from evaluating conditions and taking action until you reactivate it.
  • Add labels: Assign one or more labels to an automation to group and organize it. You can label automations by app, storefront, campaign type, action type, or any other grouping that works for your workflow.
  • Edit: Click the Edit icon in the row to open the automation and make changes to any of its settings.
  • Duplicate: Click the Duplicate icon to create a copy of the automation. Use this to build a new automation based on an existing one without starting from scratch.
  • Delete: Click the Delete icon to permanently remove the automation.
  • View logs: Click the Logs icon to open the log history for that specific automation and review what actions it has taken.

See How to read automation logs for guidance on interpreting log entries.

Managing multiple automations at once

When you select more than one automation in the table, a bulk actions bar appears. You can use it to perform the following actions on all selected automations simultaneously:

  • Set Active - Activate all selected automations.
  • Pause - Pause all selected automations.
  • View Logs - Open the logs for all selected automations.
  • Duplicate - Create copies of all selected automations.
  • Add Label - Assign a label to all selected automations at once.
  • Delete - Permanently delete all selected automations.
