How to fix missing data in the Organic Acquisition Dashboard
This article is helpful if data is missing or sections are not showing in the Organic Acquisition Dashboard.
The dashboard shows a landing page instead of data
The dashboard requires at least one Analytics & Performance integration. If neither App Store Connect nor Google Play Console is connected, the dashboard shows a landing page instead of data.
How to fix it
- Complete at least one Analytics & Performance integration:
- App Store Connect – Analytics & Performance
- Google Play Console – Analytics & Performance
- Return to the Organic Acquisition Dashboard.
- Click Go to Dashboard.
Organic downloads are not visible on the Google Play Store
Organic download data from Google Play Store is only available when All Countries is selected. If you have a specific country selected, organic downloads are hidden.
How to fix it
- Go to the country selector at the top of the dashboard.
- Select All Countries.
Organic downloads appear as soon as All Countries is selected.
Download source breakdown is not visible on the Google Play Store
The Download source breakdown section for Google Play Store only appears when All Countries is selected.
How to fix it
- Go to the country selector at the top of the dashboard.
- Select All Countries.
The Review Analysis section is not visible
The Review Analysis section only appears when a Reviews Manager integration is active for that platform. If the integration is missing, the section is hidden for that platform.
How to fix it
- Complete the Reviews Manager integration for the relevant platform:
- App Store Connect – Reviews Manager
- Google Play Console – Reviews Manager
- Return to the Organic Acquisition Dashboard.
The Review Analysis section appears once the integration is active.
