Use this page if an app or data does not appear in Revenue Snapshot as expected.
Why an app may be missing

If you do not see an app, check that you have connected at least one Analytics & Performance integration for:
After the integration is complete, eligible apps appear for selection.
Why data may be missing
Revenue Snapshot shows data for apps that have transactions in the selected period.
If data does not appear, check that:
- The app has transactions in the date range you selected.
- The selected date range is within the past 12 months.
- The store supports data for the period you selected.
Check your date range
Revenue Snapshot covers the past 12 months. You can select a single day or a custom date range.
Current-month availability depends on the store:
|
Store |
Availability |
|
App Store |
Supports the current month, except for today. |
|
Google Play Store |
Does not display the current month due to API limitations. |
If you are checking Google Play Store data, choose a date range outside the current month.
