Filter by store, device, category, country, and date

Use the controls at the top of the Top Charts page to scope the rankings to the store, device type, category, country, and date that matter for your analysis. Filters apply to all three chart columns simultaneously.

Switch between stores

1. Find the App Store and Google Play Store toggle at the top of the page.
2. Select the store whose rankings you want to view.
3. The charts reload with data from that store.

When viewing the App Store, an additional device selector appears, allowing you to switch between iPhone and iPad rankings.

Filter by category

1. Open the category selector at the top of the page.
2. Pick a category from the list. For the App Store, subcategories are available under Games and Kids.
3. The charts reload with rankings scoped to that category.

Filter by country

1. Open the country selector at the top of the page.
2. Pick the market you want to analyze.
3. The charts reload with rankings from that storefront.

Change the date

1. Open the date picker at the top of the page.
2. Select the date you want to view.
3. The charts reload with the snapshot from that day.

Top Charts data is reported daily, so step through consecutive dates to track how rankings shift day over day.
