Keyword Tracking lets you export your keyword data as a CSV file, copy keywords to another storefront, and share your current view with teammates.
Export keyword data as a CSV
You can export from any of the three tabs: Tracked Keywords, Competitor Analysis, or Ranking History.
1. In the Tracked Keywords tab, select the keywords you want to export using the row checkboxes. If you want to export all keywords, skip the selection step.
2. In all three tabs, click the download icon at the top right of the table, or select CSV from the bulk action bar at the bottom of the screen if you have keywords selected. The file downloads immediately.
Copy keywords to another storefront
The Translate feature copies selected keywords to a different storefront or language so you can build out your tracking list for other markets without starting from scratch.
1. In the Tracked Keywords tab, select the keywords you want to copy using the row checkboxes.
2. In the bulk action bar at the bottom of the screen, click Translate.
3. A prompt appears asking you to choose between Translate to Another Country or Translate to the Selected Country. Select the option that matches your goal and click Continue.
4. In the next panel, select the country and language you want to copy the keywords to, then click Copy. The keywords are added to your tracking list for that storefront.
Copy keyword data to the clipboard
Click the copy icon at the top right of the table to copy the current table data to your clipboard. This is useful for pasting keyword data quickly into a spreadsheet or document without downloading a file.
