Use this action to export selected keywords and their metrics as a CSV file.
This article explains how to download keywords from either the Keyword List page or the Saved Keywords table.
Before you start
Keep the following in mind:
- You can download all keywords from your recommendation results or all keywords in a saved keyword list.
- Selecting all keywords enables only the Download action in the bulk action bar. The Save, Add to Ad Group, and Add as Negative Keyword actions are disabled when all keywords are selected.
- The exported file reflects exactly what is shown in the table for the selected keywords. No additional filtering is applied.
- Keywords are ordered alphabetically in the exported file.
How to use it
- On the Keyword List page or Saved Keywords table, select the keywords you want to export.
The file downloads automatically to your device in CSV format.
What the CSV includes
The exported file includes the keyword and all metrics shown in the table at the time of download.
- For app-focused discovery results, the CSV includes Keyword, Account Status, Ranking, Paid Activity, Volume, Difficulty, and Ranked Apps.
- For keyword-focused discovery results, the CSV includes Keyword, Account Status, Paid Activity, Volume, and Difficulty.
After you finish
You can continue your session after downloading. Your keyword selections remain active in the table.
