Customize table columns in Ads Manager
Ads Manager lets you control which columns appear in your table view, how they are ordered, and how that configuration is saved for future sessions. This article explains how to add, remove, and reorder columns, and how to save your setup as a preset.
If you want to create a calculated metric that does not exist in the default column list, see Create custom columns in Ads Manager.
Before you start
Column configurations are set per layer. The columns you select on the Campaigns layer are independent from the columns on the Ad Groups or Keywords layers. You will need to configure each layer separately.
Some metrics are only available at specific layers. For example, CPA Cap appears at the Ad Groups layer but not at the Campaigns layer.
If a metric is not visible in the column panel for a given layer, it may not be available there.
Open the column editor
From any layer in Ads Manager, click the Columns button on the right side above the table. A dropdown appears showing your current column preset. Select Edit Columns to open the column editor.

The editor has three parts:
- The left side shows metric categories you can browse.
- The center panel lists all available metrics within the selected category, with checkboxes to select or deselect each one.
- The right panel shows your currently selected columns in the order they will appear in the table.
Add and remove columns
In the center panel, check the box next to any metric to add it to your table. Uncheck a box to remove it. You can also use the Select All link at the top of a category to add every metric in that group at once, or Clear All on the right panel to remove all selected columns and start from scratch.
To find a specific metric quickly, use the Search by Metric field at the top of the center panel.
The column editor is organized into these categories on the left:
Ad Performance covers the core Apple Ads metrics, including Spend, Impressions, Taps, Tap-through Rate, Installs, Conversion Rate, Average CPA, Average CPT, New Downloads, Redownloads, and related attribution variants.
In-App Conversions covers goal completions and cost per goal metrics that require conversion tracking to be set up.
Cohort Analysis covers time-windowed metrics that measure user behavior after the install event.
Settings covers structural and configuration columns such as Campaign Status, Bidding Strategy, Goals, Daily Budget, and Storefronts.
Custom Columns shows any calculated metrics you have already created. To build a new one, see Create custom columns in Ads Manager.
Reorder columns
On the right panel, drag any column up or down using the handle on the left side of each row to change its position in the table. The order you set here is the order columns appear from left to right in the table view.
The first column, typically the entity name such as Campaign or Ad Group, is locked and cannot be moved.
Save as preset
Once you have the columns configured the way you want, click Save as view at the bottom left of the editor to save this configuration as a named preset. Presets appear in the Columns dropdown above the table, so you can switch between different column sets quickly without reconfiguring each time.
To edit an existing preset, select it from the Columns dropdown, open the column editor, make your changes, and save again. To return to the default column set at any time, click Reset to defaults in the bottom right of the editor.
When you are happy with your selection, click Apply to update the table.
