About Revenue Snapshot

Revenue Snapshot helps you review your app’s revenue data from the App Store and Google Play Store together. You can use it to understand how sales or revenue, proceeds, and refunds are trending across selected apps, countries, and date ranges.

Revenue Snapshot is useful for reviewing monetization performance, explaining revenue changes, tracking refunds, or preparing reports for your team or clients.

How Revenue Snapshot works

Revenue Snapshot brings together revenue data from your connected App Store and Google Play Store sources.

rs-about

After you complete the required Analytics & Performance integration, eligible apps appear in Revenue Snapshot. You can then select an app, choose one or more countries, and review revenue data for your selected date range.

The dashboard shows your results in two views:

  • Line chart: Shows revenue trends over time for the selected countries and date range.
  • Table view: Shows the same filtered data in a table format. You can export the full table for reporting.

What you can review in Revenue Snapshot

Revenue Snapshot includes revenue-related metrics that help you understand how your app is performing across stores.

You can review:

  • Sales for App Store apps
  • Revenue for Google Play Store apps
  • Proceeds
  • Refunds

You can also adjust how the data is shown by selecting:

  • An app
  • One or more countries
  • A date range within the last 12 months
  • Daily, weekly, or monthly granularity

Granularity applies to both the line chart and the table.

When to use Revenue Snapshot

Use Revenue Snapshot when you want to:

  • Review how revenue changes over time
  • Compare revenue trends across selected countries
  • Track proceeds and refunds
  • Check a single day or a custom date range
  • Export revenue data for reports
  • Share results with stakeholders or clients

For example, if you notice a sudden revenue jump, you can use Revenue Snapshot to review whether the change appears in sales or revenue, proceeds, or refunds for the selected period.
