About Analytics Overview

Analytics Overview gives you a quick performance summary for your integrated apps. You can use it to review downloads, revenue, conversion, organic visibility, ratings, and ranked keyword trends from one dashboard.

Analytics Overview is useful when you want to understand how an app is performing at a high level before opening more detailed reports.

What Analytics Overview is

Analytics Overview is a Store Analytics dashboard that brings together key performance signals for your selected app, country, and date range.

Instead of starting from separate reports, you can use Analytics Overview to check the main performance areas in one place, then continue to related reports for deeper analysis.

When to use Analytics Overview

Use Analytics Overview when you want to:

What you can see in Analytics Overview

Analytics Overview includes the same main dashboard sections for integrated apps, but the metrics inside each section may change depending on the selected store and connected integrations.

What it shows

Download Overview

Total download data for the selected store. App Store apps may show App Store Total Download and Apple Ads Download. Google Play Store apps may show Google Play Store Total Download.

Revenue Overview

Revenue-related metrics for the selected store. App Store apps may show Sales and Proceeds. Google Play Store apps may show Revenue and Proceeds.

Conversion Funnel Overview

Funnel metrics based on the selected store. App Store apps may show Impressions and First-Time Downloads. Google Play Store apps may show Store Listing Visitors and Store Listing Acquisitions.

Organic Performance Summary

Average app ranking and average rating for the selected app and filters.

Total Ranked Keywords

The number of keywords your app ranks for during the selected period.

Data availability

The data you see depends on your selected app, store, country, date range, and connected integrations.

If an integration is not connected, some metrics may be unavailable, limited, or shown as zero.
