Out-think the competition with Competitor Keywords
Competitor Keywords helps you uncover every gap, overlap, and edge in your rivals’ organic strategies, so you can tighten yours and seize new opportunities.
1- When the tool opens, it lands on Direct Comparison with your own app already selected. Use the drop-down to pick one competitor for a clean, one-on-one matchup.
2- The Keyword Gap view shows a Venn diagram that updates instantly. Choose any competitor you’ve added earlier, and the diagram splits keywords into three zones: yours only, both apps, and competitor only.
3- After selecting a competitor, use the buttons above the diagram to zoom in on the set you care about, your unique terms, shared terms, or keywords your rival owns alone. The counts next to each button give you a quick feel for market overlap and untapped space.
4- Scroll down to see a detailed table for the bracket you’ve chosen. Every keyword comes with search volume, difficulty, and total competing apps. In the shared-keywords table, your rank and your competitor’s rank appear side by side so you can spot who’s winning each term.
! Keep in mind that by clicking the CSV button in the upper-right corner you can export the keyword list for offline analysis or easy sharing with teammates.
5- Switch to the Multi Comparison tab to line up your app with up to four competitors. The tool displays every keyword all selected apps rank for—and shows each app’s position next to volume, difficulty, and competing-apps counts—giving you a panoramic view of the market’s most contested terms.
